Unleash your professional potential (work karma) and create your job!

By releasing your Work Karma and creating a business aligned with yourself!

Work karma is a vast subject, often misunderstood, but fundamental to explore for all those who wish to undertake or develop their career in an aligned manner.

So what is work karma?

Karma, in the broad sense, refers to structures from the past: the collective unconscious, individual, family and intergenerational legacies and beliefs (work = toil). These elements influence our posture, our choices and our behaviors in the professional field. Identifying and freeing oneself from these unconscious patterns is essential to becoming a full actor in one's professional life.

Common Mistakes Business Startups Make

During regular meetings with entrepreneurs, managers, but also people I support, I have observed recurring errors which, although unconscious, slow down the development of their business.

Here are the main ones:

Staying mentally employed:

Many business creators continue to operate as employees. This is demonstrated by the creation of a structure that looks more like an impersonal company: logo, flyers, business cards, website with a complex brand name...

The problem ?

They are not easily found online! If you present a business name disconnected from your identity, you lose visibility and recognition.

Advice? Use your first and last name so that you can be identified immediately and if your identity is a problem, it can be cured!

Building in the wound:

Many entrepreneurs start their business after a burnout or a painful professional break. They unconsciously try to compensate for these injuries by accumulating training or returning to student status, forgetting that they must position themselves as professionals.

Creating in the wound often leads to fragile activities based on the “hope” of a fulfilling professional life and poorly aligned with their deep aspirations.

Selling tools instead of a service:

A common mistake many entrepreneurs make is to emphasize their tools rather than the results they bring to their clients.

Remember: your customers are not looking for tools, they are looking for solutions to their problems.

Focus on the tangible benefits and transformations you deliver. The “how you do it” can remain in the background, almost mysterious, because that’s not what convinces – it’s what your service changes in their lives that matters.

Constantly seek validation and advice:

Many entrepreneurs spend too much time asking for feedback on their website, logo, or brand color. While support is important, it’s essential to make decisions that align with your vision and not depend on the opinions of others.

Mixing personal and professional life:

Some people start their business to be more available for their family, but this unconscious goal can harm their business. The universe responds to the energy you put into your project: if your priority is elsewhere, your business will struggle to grow.

How to free yourself from unconscious injunctions and work karma?

To fully become the creator of your business, it is necessary to work on your beliefs and unconscious patterns.

Here are some healing tips I can provide you:

Adopt a leadership posture:

You are the president of your company. Embody this role with confidence, by highlighting your identity and vision. This starts with using your first and last name in your professional communications.

Create with passion:

An aligned business is born out of deep passion, not hurt. Ask yourself what really drives you and how you can turn that passion into a useful service to others.

Focus on customer needs:

Customers come to you for their needs, not for your degrees or tools. Highlight the tangible results you can deliver to them.

Define a core business:

Instead of multiplying activities or tools, focus on a central service that reflects your expertise and provides clear added value.

Align your schedule with your vision:

Free yourself from limiting beliefs about work hours. For example, working on a Monday can be a competitive advantage if you are in an industry where businesses are typically closed that day. Be strategic and create a schedule that serves your goals.

Moving from ambition to success:

Ambition alone is not enough. To succeed, you have to be in action, at the right time, with the right people. Success does not come from being overactive, but from aligning your intentions with your actions.

The importance of creative energy

A successful business is often the result of an idea that has been present in you for a long time, sometimes even since childhood. This idea simply needs to be clarified and realized. When you are aligned with your creative energy, work comes naturally to you: opportunities arise, clients flow, and your business grows organically.

Freeing yourself from work karma is, above all, freeing yourself from the limiting patterns that hinder your full professional expression. It is choosing to create with passion, to embody your role as a leader, and to offer a service aligned with the needs of your customers.

If this subject resonates with you and you wish to go further, I invite you to make an appointment on my website and begin personal work of realignment with your inner aspirations and authentic achievement.
