Hello everyone !
Today, I would like to share with you a reflection on the false beliefs related to spirituality and on the importance of learning to know ourselves authentically. In a world where spiritual and personal development offers abound, it is essential to maintain discernment and to refocus on what really matters: our true essence .
My Journey: From Confusion to Clarity
Ten years ago, my inner life did not match my outer life at all. I had a job, a family, responsibilities, but nothing resonated deeply with what I felt deep inside. Since childhood, I felt out of place, different, with a vision of the world that did not fit the norms or expectations of society.
This feeling of inadequacy pushed me to look for answers. I consulted psychics, mediums, without finding real solutions. It was only by discovering numerology that I had a revelation.
For the first time, I felt that my emotions and questions made sense. This marked the beginning of my work of introspection, a long but salutary process, which allowed me to understand a fundamental truth: the true spiritual journey begins within oneself.
The Drifts of Modern Spirituality
Over the years, I have observed the emergence of a large number of so-called spiritual offerings: online training, courses, retreats, various therapies.
While there are serious and competent practitioners, many of these proposals exploit people's suffering and injuries. Rely on your discernment and "word of mouth".
Some discourses lock us into labels: "abandonment wound", "wound of injustice", "hypersensitivity". Although these notions can be starting points for understanding our emotions, they must not become fixed identities.
In addition, certain practices or certain courses promising "healing" can involve serious abuses: emotional, financial, sexual abuse, etc.
My advice: Before embarking on a spiritual journey or a course, ask yourself this question: "Would I accompany someone vulnerable there? Like my child for example.
What is True Spirituality?
Authentic spirituality has nothing to do with magic formulas or ready-made solutions.
It's about exploring who we really are, accepting all parts of ourselves, including those we'd rather ignore.
Know yourself deeply : The first step is to learn to recognize your emotions (and not try to "manage" them), your strengths and weaknesses without judgment. We are all colossi with "feet of clay", those areas of power and vulnerability that can scare us.
Yet these weaknesses are part of us and can become points of transformation if we manage to tame ourselves.
Living in the present moment : Being aligned means being at peace with yourself in your daily life, without trying to be perfect or to meet the expectations of others.
Creating a life aligned with your dharma : Dharma , or life path, represents our personal and universal mission. By following it, we move from ambition to achievement, from external recognition to internal harmony.
My Journey: From “I am a problem to be solved” to “I discover myself”
For years I believed I was a problem to be solved.
Why was I so different?
Why were some things not working in my life?
This questioning has long locked me into patterns of suffering.
But by knowing myself better, I discovered unsuspected treasures within me. This transformation allowed me to leave behind labels and limiting beliefs to fully embrace my uniqueness.
Today I know that:
No one is a problem to be solved. We are all evolving, rich and complex beings.
Our emotions are not our enemies. They are valuable messages to better understand our needs.
Self-knowledge is liberating. By learning to know myself, I was able to free myself from situations and relationships that did not suit me.
Beware of Spiritual Overconsumption
In our quest for well-being, it is easy to fall into spiritual overconsumption: multiplying courses, training, without ever stopping to integrate what we learn. But true transformation requires time and introspection.
Training can be useful, but it does not replace inner work. Take the time to ask yourself the right questions, to feel what resonates with you, and above all, to listen to yourself and rest!
A Path to Oneself
Authentic spirituality is a return to oneself and a reconnection with oneself. It is not a product or a miracle solution, but a path that requires courage, honesty and patience. By learning to know yourself, to accept your strengths and vulnerabilities, you can transform your life so that it truly reflects your essence.
I wish you a beautiful exploration of yourself, and remember: you are much more than what labels or beliefs want you to believe.
Angelic
