I propose a new subject to you: the couple .

I have recently spoken with many people who have told me about their extraordinary encounters, often in connection with an article I wrote entitled "The Meeting of Souls: From Ecstasy to Emotional Shock" .

The title alone sets the tone, doesn't it?

Let's start with the terms that are often used, such as soul mate , karmic twin or twin flame . These words belong to the spiritual plane , and it is important to understand what they are in reality. First of all, know that for me, there are several "planes" of consciousness, just as there are several letters in the alphabet. I talk about them regularly in my videos: there is the esoteric plane , the spiritual plane , the human plane , the ego plane , the soul plane , and many others.

Each plane has its own language and semantics.

In this wealth of vocabulary, it is essential to use words precisely. So, what do we mean by soul mate , karmic twin , or twin flame ?

Soulmates

A relationship with a soulmate is usually marked by love .

It is a mutual recognition in love, a simple and fluid connection. Why do we feel this sense of "déjà vu"?

Because we grow up surrounded by our parents, brothers, sisters, and our family. When we meet a person, there is often an unconscious recognition of this family love that we have known, whether in kindness or through similar character traits.

This is what makes you say: "I have met my soul mate!"

In reality, you have found a person who reflects a form of love already known, which provides a feeling of security and familiarity.

The Karmic Twins

The opposite of soul mates is a relationship with a karmic twin . These are marked by suffering . We think we have found "the love of our life", but in reality, we confuse love with pain.

Why? Because this relationship awakens deep wounds, sometimes from this life, sometimes from previous experiences.

In this type of bond, we attract a person who carries a similar pain to ours. These relationships are often intense and chaotic. We spend a lot of time talking about wounds, traumas, and trying to "fix" each other.

This is an illusion , because it is not a balanced relationship lived in the love of everyday life but rather in a permanent tearing. Besides, one of the most painful wounds for the soul is separation. (distance, death, or when one leaves the other)

However, it is possible to transcend this suffering of separation thanks to love, which is the only energy capable of transforming things in depth.

But it requires work, alone or a real desire from both partners to build something together for those who wish to experience a relationship as a couple and a personal investment in healing their emotional karma.

Twin Flames

So-called twin flame relationships are even more complex. They are not a couple in the strict sense. They are above all an initiatory journey intended to help you rebalance your polarities (masculine and feminine).

In most cases, there is confusion between meeting a karmic twin and the twin flame journey. It is important to emphasize that, contrary to what one might think, the twin flame journey is not a classic couple relationship, but an inner and personal journey.

This journey aims to find a balance between the polarities within oneself and to heal deep karmic and unconscious wounds linked to this life or to past experiences.

Moreover, this confusion is often reinforced by the illusions that surround these concepts. With a karmic twin, the relationship is often marked by suffering and mutual wounds. This type of bond highlights aspects of ourselves that we need to understand or heal.

On the other hand, the twin flame journey goes beyond this relational dynamic: it is a real work of inner alignment but in no way guarantees a finality for the couple.

Understanding this distinction is essential to avoid getting lost in unrealistic expectations or repetitive patterns of suffering.

Ultimately, these experiences, although intense and sometimes painful, are opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.

Couple illusions and beliefs

I warn you about beliefs regarding the twin flame journey: expectations of reconnection and the return of the other!

If you're hoping that someone who left you will come back, or if you're waiting for an impossible relationship to miraculously turn into a harmonious couple, you're probably in a form of delusion.

These illusions are often reinforced by misunderstood concepts around twin flames.

We often read things like, "Heal yourself and he will come back," or, "Once you have done all this inner work, you will experience perfect love."

A couple , in the human sense, is a construction of two. It requires a common will to move forward together, to have shared projects and to look in the same direction.

The truth is that we do not have complete control over our destiny. Free will exists, but it is limited. The main thing is to follow your own life path, to heal your inner wounds, and to free yourself from love patterns that mix passion and suffering.

The key to a couple: building together

A real couple is a relationship where two people consciously choose to build something together. It requires communication, a shared vision, and mutual effort. If one partner runs away, the relationship cannot work. A couple is built with two people who are committed and present.

In conclusion: If you are in a relationship marked by suffering, illusions or unreciprocal expectations, take the time to work on yourself. This inner work will allow you, in time, to meet a person with whom you can build a balanced and fulfilling relationship.

Is it possible to find a love from the past, from our past lives?

I am sharing my opinion and personal experience with you. I would say that yes, it is possible. However, it is important to note that being in an active quest for this love can reveal or fuel an inner wound.
