The 3 ancestral fears that silently influence our lives

These fears, although often irrational, regularly come to disturb us, especially at the end of the year, and this, in an unconscious way, be careful, it is not a ready-made "truth", simply what I have seen in the memories.

So what are these three fears?

Fear of the end of the world

It is an almost omnipresent fear in our societies. You only have to turn on the television to hear about wars, disasters, famines, or even economic crises. This fear, deeply rooted, could well go back to ancient times.

One of the hypotheses at the origin of this fear would come from the sun (and from what I saw in the memories).

As winter approached, the sun seemed to "disappear". The days were getting shorter, and our ancestors feared that the sun would not return. Without the sun, there would be no crops, no food, no life. They would "pray" to RA and/or wait for his return, and these "prayers/mantras", although wrapped in religious symbolism, convey a visceral fear of extinction.

Fear of the disappearance of the species

This fear does not only concern the human species, but also animals and plants, because everything is interconnected. If certain species disappear, it directly impacts our survival. It is a reptilian fear, deeply rooted in us, which also explains our increased sensitivity to environmental issues and the animal cause.

Fear of the other

The unknown, the different, has always frightened us. This fear of the other, whether it is a person from another culture, another skin color or other traditions, is also anchored in our collective memories. At the time, it could be an instinctive response of protection against a potential threat.

What to do in the face of these fears?

It is important to take a step back. These fears are old and, to some extent, natural. However, they must not paralyze us.

The more we feed them, the more they attract situations that strengthen them.

So, a first step is to understand them. The outside world can be chaotic, but it is essential to build your own inner universe.

Remember: the light always returns. In winter, the sun seems to fade, but in spring, everything is reborn: aim further, towards better days, and know that each step has a meaning.
