The light of eternity. It darkened one day, in my childhood, in the heart of this period that I nevertheless cherish, despite the shadows that invited themselves there.
This darkened shadow is my other self.
The one we keep quiet about, the one we slowly bury under the expectations, constraints, and looks of others. The one who decides, however, the one who wants to exist fully, without mask or compromise.
This other me is the fruit of a fight. The fight for life, the fight for others. A silent battle, often solitary, but profoundly human. This other me is a shard, a fragment of truth buried in the meanders of existence, which must be found, reanimated, embraced.
But how do we define existence? Nothing in our current world seems to offer us a clear answer. Nothing allows us to grasp this other self. Nothing seems capable of defining us totally, because we are multiple, moving, and profoundly complex.
Existence is an ascent. Life offers its benefits and its burdens to those who dare to face them, to those who are ready to take on challenges, to climb mountains. But among all the ascents, only one has real meaning: that of existence.
It is this unique path where, suddenly, we become masters of our destiny. We free ourselves from the invisible chains that held us back. We become liberators of our soul , finally whole, finally ready to share with the world what we have learned, what we know, what we are.
And yet, throughout the ages... Since eternity, Man has always sought to know who he is, to understand his essence. But he often forgets to ask the question to the only person who can answer it: himself.
Every day, Man looks at himself in the mirror, sometimes distractedly, sometimes in search of answers. Every day, he reads himself in the margins of his daily life, in the silences of his room, in the echoes of his soul. He writes within himself words of love, joy, sorrow – words that he often carries without saying them.
To each his own destiny. To each his own choices, his own desires to be or to be born, to laugh or to suffer, to give or to keep for oneself. Everyone is free to dream his life, to shape it or, sometimes, to let it fade away.
But within us lies an infinite power. We carry within us all the joy of our being, an infinite love that only asks to be revealed. We are sources of light, oceans of love, and yet, how often do we forget to dive within ourselves to find this treasure?
Let us grant ourselves life.
Every day, every minute, every moment, let us take a little of what we are and offer it to life. Let us take a moment to smile at each other, to listen to each other, to love each other.
Because existence is not just about surviving: it is an art, a path, a revelation.
Let us allow ourselves to be ourselves, and we will discover that in this light that sometimes flickers, lies all the brilliance of eternity.
